Is 100% commission really 100%? +
Yes. You keep the full commission you earn on every transaction. Instead of a percentage split, you pay a per transaction rate based on the sales price — starting at $500 for homes up to $200K, and scaling to $1,300 for homes up to $1M. Add $100/month office investment and $125/quarter E&O insurance. That’s it. No percentage of your commission goes to the brokerage. Ever.
How does the cap work? +
Once your transaction fees total $14,000 for the calendar year, your cost per deal drops to just $195 for every remaining transaction that year. The cap resets at the start of the new year. Most active agents hit the cap within the first half of the year.
What if I’m a new agent — is this right for me? +
Absolutely. We built the REV UP program specifically for new agents, and Amber personally mentors new team members through their early transactions. Plus, we’ll reimburse your real estate school costs after your first closed deal.
How do I transfer my license here? +
The process is straightforward. After your conversation with Amber, she’ll walk you through everything — including the TREC license transfer process and getting your tools set up. Most agents are fully transitioned within a few business days.
